We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, body mass index, and lifestyle, to create an individualized fitness and nutrition plan.
Jodi Kamendy is passionate about promoting the keys to success in living a healthy lifestyle. Jodi was a former University athlete and began to realize the importance of proper nutrition and exercise in daily life. Along the way, Jodi has learned through education and life lessons, the skills and tools to help you achieve consistency through adapting the right habits and routines that will help you on your way to living a full and energized life. Jodi has a certification in holistic nutrition and has worked as a personal and small group trainer for 10 years.
Customized nutrition program taking into account your daily schedule, food preferences and sensitivities. You will be provided with specific macronutrient calculations based on your goals, with daily and weekly check ins for support and accountability. Programming is available in 4 week intervals or custom timeframe as needed. Includes:

Individual personal training at the JK Fitness home gym. Customized workouts based on your goals and level of fitness.
Price per hour: $50 (volume discount packages available)
Small group training (up to 4 people) at the JK Fitness home gym. Workouts based on numbers and fitness levels.

I have had amazing success with the JK Fitness & Nutrition, and couldn’t recommend it more! Jodi has helped me refine my approach to workouts, nutrition and overall motivation. I have pretty common obstacles for my daily workouts: I work full time and have three kids in many sports, therefore I do not have time to go to the gym. Therefore I am thankful for Jodi’s high intensity and modified (exercises if needed) on her personal workout videos. I can do it in the morning before I start my day or after the kids have gone down. Jodi has given me the tools to squeeze a solid workout in no matter where I am and I am very thankful for that!
